MOTORBIKE LEATHER SUIT SAFETY FEATURES

Our Motorbike Leather Suit is meticulously designed and tailored using race geometry, incorporating the latest high-performance safety materials and advanced construction techniques.
CE-approved internal protection is provided on the shoulders, elbows, and knees.
An additional layer of leather is stitched on the shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips for enhanced protection against crashes and drag.
PU foam padding on the elbows and knees reduces crash impact.
Pre-curved sleeves ensure a proper riding position.
Safety seams feature dual stitching, with triple stitching in the most critical areas.
Semi auto-lock YKK zippers provide secure closure.
Removable dual-density armor is included at the knees, shoulders, and elbows.
A removable dual-density spine protector is provided in the one-piece leather suit.
Removable knee sliders.
Optional rubber padding for extra safety on critical areas (available upon request).
Optional aerodynamic extended speed hump for neck and backbone protection.

OUTER SHELL

The suit is made from top-grain cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.3 mm.
Accordion leather stretch panels on the lower back and knees enhance flexibility and comfort.
Stretchable Cordura is strategically placed at the sleeves, crotch, and calf areas for maximum stretch.
External CE-approved protectors are placed on the shoulders, elbows, and knees.
Pre-curved sleeves are designed for an optimal riding position.
Semi auto-lock YKK zippers are used at the front, cuffs, and calves.
Velcro-reinforced straps are featured on the neck, cuffs, and calves.
Velcro is provided for attaching knee sliders.
The suit also features soft neoprene cuff and collar construction.
Safety stitching with high-strength nylon thread is used for maximum durability and protection.

INNER SHELL

The one-piece suit includes a polyester mesh lining.
CE-approved dual-density (removable) armor is provided at the knees, shoulders, and elbows.
A removable CE-approved dual-density spine protector is included.
An optional removable CE-approved aerodynamic hump is available.
The Motorbike Racing Leather Suit includes a left-side inner mesh chest pocket.
